Ready to For Your First Lesson?

Our lesson program is the feature of our programming. We are on a mission to share our profound passion for horses with as many riders as possible. Our team curates and maintains a selection of horses for our riding school. Take the first step in your riding journey by telling us a little bit about yourself so that we can find the perfect match for you.

Prices

A private lesson on a school horse is $195 for one or $750 for a block of four lessons.

The school horse is tacked up for you in advance so the entire time is spent riding.

Payment can be made electronically through Zelle (preferred, at darrin@beverlyequestrian.com) or Venmo (@beverlyequestrian).  Checks and cash are also accepted; sorry no credit cards.

About You

To get started, please tell us a few things so that we can match you with an appropriate school horse.

At Beverly, safety is our top priority.

NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY TO RIDE.

We want to ensure that all riders have a safe and enjoyable experience. We understand that even experienced riders can be over-faced with a new horse in a new environment.

That's why we take the time to get accurate information about your experience level to ensure that we match you with the perfect horse.

Please fill out the form and submit the release.

Once received, we will book your lesson and our experienced instructors will help guide you through the process and make sure you're getting the most out of your time with us.

For your visit, please wear riding breeches or long pants or leggings, paddock boots or hard, closed-toe shoes with a heel, and a riding helmet (ATSM approved - not bike – we have some available to borrow). Other items to bring or borrow are gloves, a safety vest, and hair tie for long hair. You will be most comfortable if you dress in layers.

Once you turn onto Beverly Lane, turn right to go through the stone pillars and follow the drive up to the main barn. If you come into the main aisle, there will be someone there to assist you.
