Season Social Polo Membership for Two

Refunds for any reason before booking are allowed for 30 days from purchase. Once booked, or after 30 days from purchase, there are no refunds.

If you purchase a block of lessons there is no requirement to use them sequentially or within a particular period of time other than all lessons expire if unused within one year of purchase.

If you purchase a lesson and anything with your timing changes or if you are running late, please let us know by texting. Because we tack up the horse for you, we like to know if you will be running late so that the horse is not in the cross ties too long.

Also, if you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance, otherwise, your lesson fee will be forfeited. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your lesson, your horse will be put away and your lesson will be reduced by the time you are late plus the additional time it will take to ready your horse again.

The Polo Field is located at  7120 Beverly Lane, The Plains, Virginia. You can access Beverly Lane from Zulla Road at about 3515 Zulla Road. There is no access from Milestone Road. Once you turn onto Beverly Lane, turn right to go through the stone pillars and follow the signs up to the Polo Field, the Deck is on the South East end of the Polo Field. When you arrive, please show credentials and make yourself comfortable. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome.

All payment is required upfront. All credit card prices reflect a credit card fee. To avoid this fee, please use Zelle (QR code provided below or darrin@beverlyequestrian.com).
