The lessons are private and last for about 45 minutes. The horses are tacked up for you and untacked afterwards so that entire time is spent riding.

We typically teach each weekday (excluding Mondays) from 10am until 5pm and each weekend day from 8am until 3pm, but we can be flexible.

Refunds for any reason before booking are allowed for 30 days from purchase. Once booked, or after 30 days from purchase, there are no refunds. If you purchase a block of lessons there is no requirement to use them sequentially or within a particular period of time other than all lessons expire if unused within one year of purchase.

If anything changes or if you are running late, please let us know by texting: 804-201-6558 and 310-339-9296. Because we tack up the horse for you, we like to know if you will be running late so that the horse is not in the cross ties too long.

Also, if you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance, otherwise, 50% of your lesson fee will be forfeited. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your lesson, your horse will be put away and your lesson will be reduced by the time you are late plus the additional time it will take to ready your horse again.

The barn address is 7120 Beverly Lane, The Plains, Virginia. You can access Beverly Lane from Zulla Road at about 3515 Zulla Road. There is no access from Milestone Road. Once you turn onto Beverly Lane, turn right to go through the stone pillars and follow the drive up to the main barn. When you arrive, please come into the main aisle and find the lounge through the double doors on your left and make yourself comfortable. There will be someone there shortly to assist you. Please no dogs.
