The Beverly Spring Classic was created to bridge the preparation gap between winter riding and prime summer showing in Virginia. Held in mid-May, the show is designed to serve riders who are: transitioning out of winter training, building toward their first—or next—rated summer season, seeking a development-focused environment, interested in steady progression across hunters, equitation, and jumpers.

Very few facilities offer both a robust school horse lesson program and the quantity, quality, and continuity of shows that Beverly hosts throughout the year. At Beverly, our shows are a natural extension of our training program. Riders can begin with entry-level schooling experiences and progress—at their own pace—through increasingly competitive divisions. For those who choose to continue, that same pathway can lead all the way to rated national competition, without ever leaving the venue.

While our show circuit operates year-round, spring represents a meaningful shift across the entire Beverly operation. Longer days, outdoor riding, and expanded programming bring renewed energy to our community, our competitors, and our sponsors alike.
