✨ One Week Out: Here's What to Expect from Us — and What We're Asking of You

The Beverly Spring Classic is only one week away, and for many of you, this will be your first time competing at Beverly. We want this weekend to be exactly what a good rated show should be — well-run and predictable.

When you submitted your entry, you told us which classes you wanted to compete in, on which days, and you trusted us to hold up our end. That means courses built to USEF specs, eligibility rules followed, a schedule that runs on time, footing that's been prepped, rings that are ready, and people who know what they're doing. It means clear communications before you arrive and responsiveness once you're here.

We take this arrangement seriously. We are competitors too. We know what it takes to get a horse ready, to arrange the trailer, to coordinate the barn, to make it all come together for a weekend. We don't want you to arrive and be disappointed. We're working hard at every turn to make sure you're not.

What we're asking of you:

Please read what we send you. We will send you what you need to know in time for you be prepared. The prize list has been live for weeks— if you have questions about your division, the eligibility rules, or the class heights, that's where the answers are.

We also send out frequent informational emails and update the website. Be sure to check these places for answers to any questions you may have, too.

Our entry and show management platform, Showgrounds Live, can do a lot — live results, class lookups, schedules, and stabling orders. Many of what you need to do during the show can be done on this platform.

These are some of the resources we have in place for you. Please use them, because if you call and text to ask questions we have already answered, it will take us away from the running the show for you.

What you can expect from us:

Our best. We may do some things differently than you've seen elsewhere and you may not always love every decision we make, but we're making them thoughtfully and with your experience in mind.

If something isn't working, tell us. But please be kind — there are a lot of moving parts at a horse show, and not everything is within our control. What is within our control, we're owning.

We are genuinely grateful that you trust us with your show plans. That trust is not something we take lightly.

See you in the ring.
