Designed with trainers and competitors in mind, the day begins with our more experienced horse-and-rider combinations before returning to the introductory divisions and building back up again. The result? A more efficient schedule for seasoned competitors and more opportunities in the ring for riders who are developing, moving up, or looking for additional rounds.

June arrives with long evenings, full rings, and the hum of a farm operating at complete capacity. Upperville week. Sunday polo. Summer horse shows. Lessons running morning to night. Riders preparing for championships, families settling into summer schedules, and the farm in full swing across every program. This past weekend, Beverly Equestrian had the privilege of hosting our Spring Classic. The weather had other plans entirely and although it asked a great deal of our team, we got our reward in wide smiles after a clear round, in a long pat on the neck at the out gate, and images of barn groups hacking on the beautiful paths safely back to home. Those are the images we will carry with us long after the jumps come down. That is what this is all for.

After the Tuesday, May 19 at midnight, entries that remain incomplete may be subject to the fee as outlined in the prize list.

The Beverly Spring Classic is one week away, and for many of you, this will be your first time competing at Beverly. We want this weekend to be exactly what a good rated show should be — well-run and predictable.

In just two weeks, riders from across the region will pull through the gates at Beverly Equestrian for the inaugural Beverly Spring Classic, May 23–24. Entries are arriving daily. Trainers are reserving stalls. Friday schooling plans are taking shape. Barn assignments have begun. What started as a vision over a year ago is quickly becoming a very real—and very exciting—first field. Will we see you there too?

Our Spring show served as a full operational run-through for what is ahead on May 23–24 — and it confirmed what we hoped: we are ready for the big show.

We were honored to gather with the Wofford family, close friends, clients, and our broader community to dedicate our main outdoor arena to Jim Wofford—horseman, Olympian, coach, author, and one of the most influential figures in American eventing. But for us, Jim was much more than a legend. He was a mentor, an example, and in many ways, part of the foundation of Beverly itself.

Spring Classic is only 4 weeks away. Beverly's Spring 2 is designed to get you back in the ring a straightforward and low-pressure way.

As we approach our upcoming show, we want to provide clear, factual guidance regarding a recent health-related incident in our region and how we are managing it at Beverly. At this time, there is no basis to alter or postpone the show based on available information. We will continue to monitor developments closely and will reassess if conditions change.

Beverly's next local hunter/jumper show, Spring 2, is almost here, and the rated Beverly Spring Classic is right behind it. Trust in an arena footing system is earned over time—and at Beverly, our main arena has delivered consistent, reliable performance since 2017. That same expertise, analysis, and proven approach is now being applied to the Grand Prix ring as an extension of what we know works.

After a winter spent between Wellington and Virginia—our polo ponies and jumpers in Florida, and the rest of our program at home—we return to what matters most: being together again on the same farm. While Wellington offers exceptional sport, training, and weather, there is a rhythm and connection here in Virginia to which we year to return.

Our Summer On-Site Lease Program is designed to offer exactly that: a structured, supported pathway into meaningful access to horses, without the uncertainty or complexity that often comes with it.
