We are delighted to announce the appointment of Collette McNell as Barn Manager and Senior Instructor at Beverly Equestrian.

Collette brings more than twenty years of experience in the equestrian industry, combining deep technical expertise with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Her career has included managing premier private and public equestrian centers, directing multi-discipline lesson and training programs, and preparing horses and riders for top-level seasonal “A” shows.

She has extensive experience working with clients, grooming staff, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and the highest standard of care for horses and clients alike.

Some highlights of Collette’s background include:

• Owner and Director of Monarch Equestrian Center in North Carolina, overseeing lesson, training, showing, and boarding programs.

• Director & Manager of Elk River Club Equestrian Center for over a decade, managing a luxury 22-stall facility and coaching riders from beginner through advanced levels.

• Director of Broyhill Equestrian Preserve, a 464-stall competition facility, coordinating large-scale events, supervising year-round boarding programs, and collaborating closely with show management.

• Proven track record in training, starting, and preparing show horses, as well as coaching riders at all levels to reach their competitive and personal riding goals.

Collette’s arrival reflects our continued commitment to excellence in horse care, facility management, and client service. We are confident her leadership will help us deliver an even higher standard of operations, training, and show preparation.
