The Beverly Circuit Finals are finally here, and we cannot wait to welcome you to our northern show facility for an incredible weekend of sport, celebration, and community. This will be a SMALL show so it will be very low key.
To help you feel confident and prepared from the moment you arrive, please review the information below on back numbers, hospitality, sponsor gifts, and our updated facility procedures.

To celebrate our on-time online entries through Strider, we are offering a self-serve back number pick-up option for riders whose entries are complete by Thursday at midnight.
📍 Here’s how it works:
Go to the Grand Prix Arena and pick up your back number on the spectator side of the ring. Numbers will be arranged for quick and easy retrieval.
If any documents, signatures, or payments are missing, you will need to visit the Show Secretary at the Show Office in the stabling complex to receive your number.
Submitting entries early helps us streamline check-in, reduce wait times, and keep the show running efficiently.
☕ Complimentary Coffee All Weekend
We are pleased to offer complimentary coffee, generously provided by Beverly Polo, to all competitors and spectators throughout Finals weekend.
📍 You’ll find coffee at:
• The back number pick-up area at the Grand Prix Arena
• The Community Corner near the Show Office
Please help yourself anytime throughout the weekend. It is our small way of saying thank you for being part of the Beverly community and celebrating this milestone event with us.
🅿️ Parking Instructions
Primary Parking – Ring Adjacent Gravel Lot
Upon arrival, all trailers and vehicles should park first in the gravel parking area directly at the entrance to the complex.
Overflow Parking – Grass Area Before Arrival at the Ring
If the gravel lot fills, overflow parking will be opened in the grass field area before you reach the main complex.
Car Parking Only – Left Side Near the Lunging Area
Please park cars only on the left-hand side near the lunging area as you enter the parking zone.
This separation helps maintain safe movement for horses, riders, and vehicles.
🔁 One-Way Traffic Flow Loop for Office Access
If you need to visit the show office, please enter through the one-way traffic loop that wraps around the barns (see map).
This loop is intended for: • Quick pick-up and drop-off • Short stops for office business
❗ No parking is permitted in this loop.
Important Restrictions
• This loop is only wide enough for cars and small bumper-pull trailers. • Gooseneck trailers and large rigs are not permitted due to asphalt width limitations. • Please remain on the asphalt only—no driving or parking on the surrounding turf.
🎟️ How to Enter
Entries are live now on Strider — don’t wait! Completing your entry early ensures a smooth, stress-free arrival. 👉 Enter via Strider → beverlyequestrian.com/finals
