🌟How to Confirm Your Weekly Lessons 🌟

At Beverly, we believe horseback riding is more than a sport — it’s a journey that shapes resilient, compassionate, and capable individuals. Whether you ride for competition, personal growth, or pure enjoyment, we’re here to help you keep horses in your life in a way that works for you.

That’s why we’re thrilled to roll out a refreshed and restructured lesson program for Summer 2025 — one that reflects our values, supports every level of rider, and evolves with your goals.

This blog describes the details of the (evolving) lesson calendar, and explains how to confirm your participation.

On the calendar, you’ll see group lessons listed as standing events with the names of clients who typically ride during that time. These are not RSVP events—they're just there to reflect our usual schedule and help guide our weekly planning.

If you are listed in a standing group lesson and you plan to ride that day, please create your own calendar event during that same time block with your name in the title—for example:

👉 “[Your Name] Group”

This is how we know to expect you!

If we don’t see a separate event with your name, we will assume you’re not riding that day. This system lets us keep things flexible for you while maintaining the structure we need to manage horses and staffing effectively.

Caveat:

🚫 Please do not edit the standing lesson event itself. These events are set to repeat every week, and any edits you make will carry forward and affect future weeks for everyone.

✅ If you're not riding on a certain day, you can still let us know by creating your own event labeled something like:

“[Your Name] Not Riding.”

To recap:

✅ Standing group lesson blocks = Regularly scheduled opportunities

✅ Your own calendar entry = Your commitment for that day

⛔ No personal event created = We will not have you scheduled
