Meaningful Access to Horses
Each ride at Beverly begins the same way—with a simple idea: We beleive in the transformative power of horses. We want to provide access to this experience, which means you don’t need to own a horse to experience what it means to ride, grow, and even compete at whatever level is right for you.
Our Summer On-Site Lease Program is designed to offer exactly that: a structured, supported pathway into meaningful access to horses, without the uncertainty or complexity that often comes with it.

More Than a Lease — A Program
At Beverly, onsite leasing provides access into a complete training environment, where every detail—from daily care to lesson structure to competition planning—is coordinated to support both rider and horse.
Each lease includes:
Transparent and predictable pricing (routine expenses included, not variable)
Exclusive riding access (up to six days per week)
Full board, grooming, and daily care
All tack and equipment
Access to showing and full competition support
It is, in every sense, a turnkey experience.
Two Pathways, One Philosophy
Our program is built around two distinct pathways, each designed to meet riders where they are—and guide them forward.

Performance Horses — Structured, Competitive, Focused
For riders with clear showing goals, performance horses operate within a consistent training system designed for progression and readiness.
This includes:
A structured weekly riding schedule
Repetition and refinement through instruction
A clear path to succesful competition, not ad hoc showing
These horses are offered in limited availability and are reserved for riders committed to the program.

School Horses — Flexible, Supportive, Development-Oriented
For riders building experience or balancing multiple commitments, school horses provide a more adaptable structure.
Riders can:
Customize lesson frequency
Progress at an appropriate pace
Work toward showing as readiness is established

A Thoughtful Matching Process
Because the right partnership matters, our leasing process is intentionally guided.
Rather than offering a menu of horses, we take the time to understand:
Riding experience
Goals and areas of focus
Weekly schedule and availability
Desired level of commitment
From there, we match each rider with horses that align with their program and trajectory.
This ensures a better experience—for both rider and horse—and allows us to maintain the quality and consistency that define Beverly.
Summer Structure
Our summer leases are designed around three-month commitments, offering riders the opportunity to:
Avoid over committment or pressure
Develop a meaningful partnership
Participate in shows with preparation and support
Horses are offered in select rotations based on suitability, with flexibility to evolve as goals progress.
From Winter Practice to Summer Premier— A Seamless Continuation
For many riders, summer at Beverly represents a continuation of the momentum built during the winter season, including:
Consistency in training philosophy
Familiar places and expectations
A seamless transition between seasons
The result is a more connected, intentional approach to development—one that extends beyond any single show.
Meet the Horses
This summer, we are pleased to offer a select group of talented, proven partners—each suited to different riders and goals.
From experienced three-ring competitors to adaptable all-around mounts, these horses represent the depth and versatility of the Beverly program.

A Limited and Intentional Opportunity
Because of the level of care, structure, and support involved, availability within the program is intentionally limited. Our goal is to create the right matches, with the right riders, at the right time.
Next Step
If you are considering a summer lease, we invite you to begin with a conversation. We are happy to discuss your goals, walk through the program, and explore what a potential fit might look like. From there, we will guide you through the next steps of availability and placement.
