Please take a moment to review your entries in bev.ShowgroundsLive.com and complete any missing required information.

⏰ Deadline: Tuesday, May 19 by midnight

As a courtesy, we have not yet enforced the $50 Incomplete Entry Fee. After the deadline above, entries that remain incomplete may be subject to the fee as outlined in the prize list.

✅ This may include:

• Incomplete horse, owner, rider, or trainer information

• Missing required USEF/USHJA information

• Missing signatures

Please also note:

💳 Post-entry fees are separate and still apply to entries submitted after the closing date of May 12.

USEF, USHJA & VHSA Membership

• USEF / SafeSport: USEF membership is required for all riders. For adults, if your USEF status is showing inactive or ineligible due to expired SafeSport training, please complete the required SafeSport training and provide proof of completion.

 • USHJA: USHJA membership is required for all riders and horses. If USHJA membership is expired or missing, the applicable USHJA Show Pass fee may apply.

 • VHSA: VHSA membership is NOT required to compete.

Bedding & Hay Orders

Exhibitors may purchase:

• Shavings

• Hay

through the Showgrounds Live.

Final instructions on delivery/pickup procedures will be distributed soon.

Stall Doors for Permanent Stalls

As noted in the prize list, permanent stalls do not come with stall doors. A limited number of Beverly portable stall doors are available for rental or you can bring your own stall guard. Update your entry to reserve a portable stall door from Beverly. See our stabling page for photos of the stalls, latching hardware, portable doors, etc. USE THESE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
