The winter circuits have wrapped, horses are coming home, and in Virginia, the season is about to begin. The Beverly Spring Classic, May 23–24, is designed to be the season's first step. It is not the biggest show on the calendar or the most demanding, but it is the one that sets up the summer season.

Positioned just ahead of the major early summer competitions like the Upperville Colt & Horse Show and the Loudoun Benefit Horse Show, the Spring Classic offers a clear opportunity: start your season in a setting that allows you to ride well, build confidence, and establish rhythm before the pressure builds.

Manageable Schedule
The weekend is structured to be straightforward and efficient. Two days of jumpers, hunters, and equitation are supported by ticketed schooling on Friday, May 22—allowing time to settle in and prepare before competing.
Entries are managed through Showgrounds Live, aligning Beverly with the same platform used throughout the Virginia circuit. Riders can choose to ship in or take advantage of early bird FREE permanent stabling.

Grand Prix Ring Glow Up & Facility Improvements
Over the course of the winter and early spring, we have continued to refine the show side of the property with a focus on function and consistency.

The Grand Prix arena has undergone a full refresh and is being actively developed in the weeks leading up to the show—part of an ongoing process to ensure a consistent, reliable footing experience in a ring designed for real rounds.
At the same time, practical improvements across the facility have been made to support the day-to-day experience for riders and trainers.
Expanded trailer parking allows for easier access and flow for both goosenecks and bumper pulls.
New water hydrants have been added throughout the parking areas.
The starter has been repositioned closer to the ring for a more connected and efficient rhythm.
And upgraded fiber-based Wi-Fi ensures reliable connectivity across the venue.
These details are not the headline—but they are part of what allows a show to run well, and a rider to focus on what matters.
From local to rated, Beverly shows are built around a consistent theme:
A professional environment that remains approachable
A schedule designed to be efficient and predictable
A venue prepared to support a strong first outing—for both horse and rider
