Beverly's next local hunter/jumper show, Spring 2, is almost here, and the rated Beverly Spring Classic is right behind it.

As we prepare for both, we are refining the footing in our new Grand Prix jumper arena, organizing stabling, and working on trailer parking and flow. Every detail is being revisited with intention.

While Spring 2 may sit on the calendar as a local show, it reflects something larger about how we think about starting your showing season at Beverly.

At Beverly, access to showing does not mean lowering the standard. It means elevating the standard in a way that invites more riders into the experience. That principle guides how we run every show we offer - not just the rated ones.

For our hunters, Spring 2 brings a meaningful schedule shift. We have taken a hard look at how the day flows and redoubled our efforts to create a structure that works for the full range of riders—from cross poles to working hunters. The goal is not simply inclusion. It is to ensure that every rider steps into a ring that is properly presented, a schedule that is well managed, and a show that allows both horse and rider to test their skills—not their patience.

For our jumpers, the Grand Prix ring continues its evolution. The footing strategy there reflects years of experience and ongoing refinement, and Spring 2 is part of that process. Each show allows us to continue building a ring that riders can trust—not just for a single competition, but consistently over time.
