Pickup locations
Hunters: Main Ring alcove (Indoor Arena)
Jumpers: Grand Prix coffee station
If anything is missing from your entry — signatures, documents, or payments — please stop by the Show Office in the Polo Barns before riding.
Division awards and any additional ribbons will be available through the Show Office.
🏢 Show Office
The main Show Office is located in the Polo Barns on the road leading to the Grand Prix Arena.
There are also auxiliary offices at each ring located at the pickup areas listed above.
Because we use an online show management platform for entries, changes, and results, most competitors will not need to visit the office. Please visit the Show Office only if you need to:
Submit a late entry
Pay for extra rounds
Resolve entry issues
Pick up PRIZES

Adding or Dropping a Class on Show Day? Tell the In-Gate.
If you decide on show day to:
Add a class → Go ahead and compete
Drop a class → Simply don’t go in the ring.
There is no need to visit the show office first.
Instead:
Notify the in-gate only
The in-gate will communicate changes directly to scoring and the judge
This system allows us to:
Keep classes running on schedule
Avoid waiting for missing riders at the gate
Eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth for competitors
To allow this real time show adjustment, you CANNOT make show-day changes in Strider.

💵Billing & Credits: Handled Separately (and After Riding)
While operational changes happen through the in-gate, all financial matters are handled by the show secretary.
After the rider has finished competing for the day, please visit the show office to:
Pay for added classes
Apply same-day credits for dropped classes
Settle any show-day balance due
Once the show has started:
Billing cannot be handled online
All settlements must be done in person
Accepted payment methods at the show:
Check/Cash
Venmo @BeverlyEquestrian
Zelle @1beverly
Credit cards are not accepted at the show.
The Beverly Way: Less Stress, Better Flow
By combining Strider with our cloud-based show management system, we give riders the flexibility they need—without sacrificing efficiency, fairness, or schedule integrity.
Because your focus should be on riding well, not standing in line.
We’re glad you’re here, and we’re excited to keep your show day running smoothly.
